Gold Fill Pearl and Chain Danglies

Our Pearl & Chain Danglies are elegant, dainty earrings carefully handcrafted using ethically sourced freshwater pearls and gold fill chain. All other materials are gold filled as well, meaning these earrings should not tarnish and are hypoallergenic.

Shipment

• Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped, then an additional 4-8 post office business days for shipping outside of Hawaii. 
• You will receive an email for your tracking number in the mailbox of whichever email was provided at check out. If you do not get this email, please contact us immediately.
• After the package gets dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands, meaning we are not responsible for any lost or damage mail.

Returns & Exchanges

• Absolutely NO refunds, only exchanges will be accepted.
• No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
• Please email us at bluemoonswimwear@gmail.com to issue an exchange.
• If you exchange for a lower priced item, we will refund you the remaining amount due. If you exchange for a higher priced item, you must pay the remaining amount due before shipment.
• You may exchange as many times as you like until you find your perfect fit!
• It is the consumers responsibility to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS on exchanges.
• The product(s) being sent back must show no signs of wear. Tags still need to be attached.
• To help keep Blue Moon Swim as sanitary as possible, when you receive your original package from us, try on all bottoms with underwear underneath just in case you need to return.
• All return emails must be submitted within 30 days of purchasing.
• Please ensure you are using an insured and trackable delivery method as Blue Moon Swim is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please keep tracking details for your records.
• Be sure to include your order number on your return form and return the package to the address on the form.
• Once received, we will send you an email confirming your order has been processed. 
• Your order will then be shipped from Lahaina, HI the very next shipment day after package is received.
