Shipping policy

Shipment

• Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped, then an additional 7-10 days for shipping outside of Hawaii. 
• You will receive an email for your tracking number in the mailbox of whichever email was provided at check out. If you do not get this email, please contact us immediately.
• After the package gets dropped off at the post office by us, it is out of our hands, meaning we are not responsible for any lost or damage mail. We suggest to get in contact with USPS for details about your package.
