How long after placing my order can I expect it to be shipped?
Depending on how many orders we have to pack, your order will be shipped between 1-5 days.
What is your return, refund & exchange policy?
- 7 days upon arrival of items you can inquire about a refund
- Absolutely NO refunds after 7 days, only exchanges & store credit will be accepted.
- No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- Please email us at bluemoonswimwear@gmail.com to issue an exchange.
- If you exchange for a lower priced item, we will refund you the remaining amount due. If you exchange for a higher priced item, you must pay the remaining amount due before shipment.
- You may exchange as many times as you like until you find your perfect fit! But please remember you are responsible for shipping.
- It is the consumers responsibility to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS on exchanges.
- The product(s) being sent back must show no signs of wear.
- To help keep Blue Moon Swim as sanitary as possible, when you receive your original package from us, try on all bottoms with underwear underneath just in case you need to return.
- All return emails must be submitted within 7 days of arrival of item.
- Please ensure you are using an insured and trackable delivery method as Blue Moon Swim is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please keep tracking details for your records.
- Be sure to include your order number on your return form and return the package to the address on the form.
- Once received, we will send you an email confirming your order has been processed.
- Your order will then be shipped from Lahaina, HI the very next shipment day after package is received.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
