Returns & Exchanges

  • 7 days upon arrival of items you can inquire about a refund
  • Absolutely NO refunds after 7 days, only exchanges & store credit will be accepted.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
  • Please email us at bluemoonswimwear@gmail.com to issue an exchange/refund.
  • If you exchange for a lower priced item, we will refund you the remaining amount due in a Blue Moon Swim e-gift card which you may use at pop ups events and online. If you exchange for a higher priced item, you must pay the remaining amount due before shipment.
  • You may exchange a BIKINI as many times as you like until you find your perfect fit! But please remember you are responsible for shipping costs.
  • It is the consumers responsibility to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS on each exchange or for shipping back a returned item.
  • The bikini(s) being sent back must show no signs of wear. 
  • To help keep Blue Moon Swim as sanitary as possible, when you receive your package from us, try on all bottoms with underwear underneath just in case you need to return. We thoroughly sanitize each returned item non-toxic sanitizer & change out the bikini liner on each item immediately.
  • If a charm bar item has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to anny order or issue refunds. If you wish to change your creation after purchasing, please send us an email preferably sooner than later! I do this by myself and orders usually take 1-3 days to be made depending on how many orders I have. 
  • any jewelry that arrives with sign of wear within 7 days of arrival
  • Any jewelry that tarnishes will not be replaced, unless notified it was received tarnished before 7 days of arrival date.
  • All return emails must be submitted within 7 days of arrival of item.

  • Please ensure you are using an insured trackable delivery method as Blue Moon Swim is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • Be sure to include your order number on your return form and return the package to the address on the form.
  • Once received, we will send you an email confirming your order has been processed. 
  • Your order will then be shipped from Lahaina, HI after package is received and processed for return (3-4 business days).
